At Outreach our Instructional Designers help lead our customers to success by providing educational material. Our Instructional Design team provides vital Product and Change Management education, enabling our customers to succeed. The Instructional Designer's impact will be felt company-wide through reducing support tickets and customer calls, reducing customer churn, and increasing customer value and adoption.

Leads the strategic design and development of innovative, impactful learning experiences aligned with Veeam’s global priorities. The Learning Experience Designer partners with Program Managers, Stakeholders, and Sales Acceleration colleagues to assess training needs, recommend and develop learning solutions for a variety of delivery modalities, including digital, blended, microlearning, and social learning environments.
